I think this is a great idea. Too often we get mailers and the only way to unsubscribe people is to contact them by email with copies of the labels. I literally make photocopies and email the labels to companies asking them to remove people from the mailing list. I cannot stand seeing tons of mailers thrown in the garbage, so this is a great service.

I received a small bundle of magazines today. One of the options is to log onto the "waste-free" mail site and update the information on each person. It was so quick and easy just log onto the site, put in the Access Code which is given to you on the form, your name and email address and delete, change or add new people! It's that easy! By doing it this way the site pulls up the information on the person and you don't have to enter anything.

I am so glad to see that a company is finally monitoring their mail flyers. I really appreciate your concern for the environment and also the concern for updating your mailing list. My feedback is that it was fairly easy to figure out how to unsubscribe to the mailing. It would be useful to be able to search my entire company and remove them all at once. They challenges is that whenever anyone deals with the company from paying bills to ordering items, another catalog is mailed so that we end up receiving more than one at our address when in reality we utilize the web to search for items we wish to purchase from your company.
